Liminal Space is a project designed to support every aspect of training, providing the knowledge needed to train safely and independently.

In the following sections, you will find three training programs based on the principles of linear periodization.

Training variables such as volume, intensity, exercise selection, and frequency are systematically organized to create a consistent and measurable training stimulus across defined cycles

Each program is designed to be scalable and adaptable to individual capacity, supporting long-term progression rather than short-term performance outcomes.

The person behind it

I work in the field of physical training with a focus on long-term adaptation rather than short-term outcomes.

My work is driven by observation, repetition, and refinement.

This platform exists to apply training principles in a way that respects both the body and the individual.

Background

My background includes formal studies in physical education and sports science, alongside ongoing professional education in mobility, strength training, and corrective exercise.

Over the past eight years, this knowledge has been applied in real-world settings, working with individuals across a range of goals and training levels.

I am a
